Marcie Taylor
Term: completing resigned trustee term, expires 12/31/2024
Marcie Taylor and her husband Craig discovered Pagosa Springs in the early 90s. It was a gathering place for family from New Mexico and Wisconsin to ski the week before Christmas. The Taylors moved here full time in 2013.
Marcie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a major in Library Science and worked as a high school librarian. In 1975 the twins were born (Seth & Kiersten) in Minneapolis and Marcie had the privilege of staying home with them for fifteen years.
In 1990 Craig and Marcie started Taylor Race Engineering, Inc. in Plano, Texas. It was a small engineering firm specializing in the sales and service of driveline equipment for certain types of motor racing cars. Marcie did the administration and accounting tasks and Craig was the engineer.
Pagosa Springs has been a wonderful place to live and it is a privilege to be a part of the Ruby Sisson Library Board of Trustees.
