Free Health Screening at the Library
Staff from San Juan Basin Public Health will be on hand to provide free health screenings that will check cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, and they will provide health coaching. Contact SJBPH for more information: (970) 264-2409 ext. 214
San Juan Basin Public Health encourages participants to be fasting for 9 hours prior to your screening to get the most accurate results.
