Lifelong Learning: La Plata Electric Association

An Evening with La Plata Electric Association (LPEA), Thursday, April 25, 5 pm.

Your library is proud to host two speakers from LPEA. They will speak about beneficial electrification which is essentially the wise use and consumption of electricity in end-uses that would more traditionally be powered by fossil fuels, with a goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and they will talk about LPEA’s goal to reduce it’s carbon footprint.
