Andrea Phillips

This presentation will include an overview of local government services, city management as a profession, and a description of the various projects that the town has recently completed, is working on currently and has planned for the future. Andrea has been the town manager of Pagosa Springs since August 2017. She holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and dual Master's degrees in public policy and management and city and regional planning from The Ohio State University.
